WARRANTY

Your WISP Antenna is covered by a 12 month manufactures warranty. If at any point within 12 months of the date of your installation an issue arises that is due to improper installation procedures or defective equipment, WISP will replace the equipment or otherwise rectify the issue free of charge.

The warranty does not cover labor. All warranty-based service calls are subject to WISP’s standard labor charges except for those Customers enrolled in the WISP Rental Program. 

This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, vandalism, act-of-God, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by WISP, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by WISP. Any unauthorized opening of the equipment enclosure(s) will void this warranty in its entirety as it pertains to that item. 

Rental equipment has full coverage and as such members of the WISP Rental program are covered for both equipment and labor, except for instances where damage is the result of delibert actions taken by the Customer, it’s guests, or pets.

WISP RENTAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WISP Rental Program is an optional Service that provides extended coverage for the cost of labour and the WISP Equipment in the event of a service issue at your location.

If you have purchased the WISP Rental Program, you will not be charged for any labour costs associated with fixing or replacing the WISP Equipment used to provide your Services so long as you continue to pay your monthly rental fees, unless the damage was willfully caused to the WISP Equipment, either by yourself, other individuals, or pets. 

By signing up for WISP Rental Program, you are subject to all limitations and exceptions listed in WISP’s warranty terms.

The monthly fee (excluding any applicable discounts) for the Rental Program is payable immediately on commencement of such coverage period and is non-refundable. The ongoing monthly fees for WISP’s Rental Program will be invoiced and is due monthly. You may not terminate the WISP Rental Program without either canceling your WISP Services, or purchasing your WISP Equipment. To purchase your WISP Equipment and cancel your WISP Rental Program, please call WISP Customer Support at 1-877-955-9477.
