About WISP’s 30 day Money Back Guarantee
WISP high-speed Internet service includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. This guarantee is not to be used for the purposes of buyers remorse, and is instead intended to allow clients a safe and secure environment to move forward with the purchase of our services when they have had poor experiences in the past with other ISP’s and as a result are concerned about WISP’s ability to deliver our services as promised.
If you feel WISP has not delivered the services it has promised to deliver, and have allowed WISP staff a reasonable opportunity to rectify these issues, you may request, and will receive a refund if you cancel your subscription within 30 days of activation. To cancel your service, contact WISP’s Customer Care Centre during our regular business hours at 1-877-955-9477.
Should such a request be submitted, WISP will refund the amounts charged towards your installation. Such refunds will not include any monthly service fees. Any costs charged for non-standard installs such as home networking or security systems are not eligible for this money bac guarantee.
